Hi, I'm Joti: coach, storyteller, performer and the founder of LemonAid.

My path has never been a straight line. I've performed on stage and screen, coached leaders in boardrooms, and done a lot of quiet rebuilding behind the scenes.

Each season taught me something different, but the hardest ones taught me the most: how to sit in the messy middle, and how to find purpose in it.

Today I bring all of it together. I coach people through change, helping them get clear on who they're becoming and find the words to say it, whether that's to themselves, in an interview, or in a room full of people.

I've led coaching on leadership programs for [PwC, Bloomberg, JP Morgan and more], and I bring the same warmth and honesty to a one-to-one session as I do to a boardroom.
