Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process designed to support personal insight, clarity, and forward movement. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial care.

While coaching sessions may explore emotions, experiences, values, beliefs, and life challenges, the coach does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. It does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or legal advisory relationship and does not guarantee specific results.

By engaging in coaching services, the client acknowledges that they are participating voluntarily and agree to take full responsibility for their wellbeing, choices, and use of any insights or tools discussed during sessions.

If at any point a client feels they require professional support outside the scope of coaching, they are encouraged to seek appropriate qualified care.
